Prerequisites
Working Azure account with Onedrive and E-mail access (most likely no problem)
working Internet connection
Names of people within your organisation you want to share it with
E-mail addresses of people outside your organisation you want to share it with.
01 | Open your local OneDrive folder Go to the folder or file you want to share Right click and choose Share or Delen (NL) We recommend to put all file you want to share in a singel folder and share the folder |

02 | Add people People within the smame company con be added bij name. people outside the company can be added by e-mail address. Note that adding a Gmail or Hotmail address can result in being send into the Unwanted or spam items of that Gmail or Hotmail account. If they do not receive the email, let them check these folders. . |

03 | Click on the settings to change if people can only see or also edit the files. |

Mind you, the person you are sending it to Needs to already have given rights to the share (just providing the link does not give access) |
